This policy applies to everyone using SimpleFlare. Breaking it may lead to throttling, suspension, or termination.

SimpleFlare is for transactional and support email

Send email your recipients expect: password resets, receipts, order and shipping updates, login codes, invoices, notifications, and replies to inbound support. SimpleFlare is not a bulk-marketing or newsletter tool.

You must not

Send to purchased, scraped, or non-consented lists, or send unsolicited bulk email (spam).
Send unlawful, deceptive, hateful, or harmful content, or infringe others' rights.
Falsify headers, sender identity, or routing information.
Send malware or attempt to breach security or interfere with the service or other customers.
Exceed your plan's limits by abuse, or resell the service without agreement.

Deliverability

We protect a shared sending reputation. We monitor bounce and complaint rates and may automatically suppress bad addresses and throttle or pause senders that put deliverability at risk. Keep your lists clean and honor unsubscribes. Report abuse to [email protected].
